The short version: use SteadySignal for your own training or coaching, pay for what you subscribe to, don't abuse the service, and remember it is a training tool — not a doctor.
SteadySignal is a training analysis and coaching platform operated by Lloyd Thomas, trading as “Cyclefit Europe - SteadySignalTraining” (see the legal notice). It ingests your activity data, models your training, and provides analytics, planning tools and AI-generated coaching commentary.
SteadySignal works with health-adjacent data but is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. AI and deterministic outputs are training guidance only. Consult a doctor for anything concerning your health, and never ignore medical advice because of something a training tool said.
You sign in with your email (or Google). Keep access to your inbox and account to yourself. If you notice unauthorised use, tell us without delay. You are liable for what others do under your account only where you are at fault. You must be at least 16 to use the service.
Paid plans (Athlete and Coach) are billed in euros through Stripe, monthly or annually as you choose at checkout, at the price shown on the pricing page at that moment. Prices include VAT. The Free plan needs no payment method. AI credit packs are one-time purchases and are consumed against usage beyond your plan's monthly allowance. All invoices are downloadable from your account.
Athlete and Coach start with a 14-day free trial, once per person. You add a payment method (card, PayPal or SEPA direct debit) at checkout, and nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, the plan and interval you chose are charged when the trial ends — the full month or the full year in advance — and the subscription continues as described below. We email you 3 days before the first charge.
A monthly plan renews every month. You can cancel at any time; the plan then runs to the end of the month you have paid for and is not charged again.
An annual plan is paid one year in advance, and the first year is a fixed term: cancelling during it stops the renewal, and the plan runs to the end of the year you have paid for. After the first year the contract continues for an indefinite period and is still billed yearly in advance, but you can cancel it at any time with one month's notice. We then refund the whole months of the paid year that fall after the end of your contract, pro rata (§ 309 No. 9 BGB).
Cancel in your account under Billing, or without logging in through the Cancel contracts here button at the foot of every page. A cancellation by email reaches us too.
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded. The full statutory information and the model withdrawal form are on the right of withdrawal page.
Don't attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, probe other users' data, resell access, or use the AI features to generate content unrelated to your training. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or its usage limits, after a prior warning, except for serious breaches. If we suspend a paid account for a reason you are not responsible for, we refund the fee pro rata.
Your training data remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to store and process it to run the service — nothing more. See the Privacy page for how it is protected and how to export or delete it.
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and to the extent of any guarantee we give. For slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual duty — a duty whose performance makes the contract possible at all and on which you may regularly rely — our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Otherwise we are not liable for slight negligence. Your statutory rights for defects in digital products (§§ 327 ff. BGB) are not affected.
Changes to these terms. For a running contract we change these terms only with your express agreement. We email proposed changes at least six weeks in advance; if you do not agree, your contract continues on the existing terms.
Changes to the service. We may change the service for a valid reason — for example new technology, security or legal requirements — at no extra cost to you. If a change affects your access or use more than trivially, we tell you by email in good time beforehand, and you may end the contract free of charge within 30 days of the change (§ 327r BGB).
German law applies. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, you keep the protection of that country's mandatory consumer-protection rules.
The German version is binding.
